We have affiliated of Savitribai Phule Pune University for UG Level and provided education of general level and Special level subject.

Vision, Mission and Objectives of the Department

Vision :

“To create research attitude and create financial literacy among students”

Mission:

To create an environment that strengthens the employability and research attitude among the students and help them to develop the skills necessary to lead a high quality of life and build a society with high ethics and morals for national and global development.

AIMS:-

The department envisions to create awareness about the Indian as well as the Global Economy and to encourage a programme which will enhance the employability and analytical ability of the students.

OBJECTIVE:-        

• To support the students in their learning process.
• To create the general awareness about Economics among the students.
• To encourage students to build up their self confidence.
• To Support the students for the application of Economics in real life.
• To motivate the students for the preparation of competitive Examination.
• To guide about various job opportunities to students
• To develop the presentation skill of the students through the organizing students seminar.

• To start a Master's degree course in Economics in the college
• Conducting Guest lectures on various topics in Economics
